A one-day course that’ll teach you how to get your garden borders brimming with wildlife, colour and texture!

Guided by Rachael, you’ll learn the principles of ecological border design.
Join us at Babylon for a day to learn about bringing your garden borders to life with colour, texture and wildlife without the use of fertilisers and chemicals.
You’ll learn about different colour palettes, form and texture as well as how to extend interest throughout the seasons. We will cover soil type, plant groups, sustainable border maintenance and how different plants thrive in different conditions.
Plus, Rachael will teach you the principles of layered planting (bulbs, ground cover, annuals, herbaceous perennials, shrubs and small trees) which brings the widest variety of wildlife into your space even in small gardens.
Taught on site here at Babylon with a delicious lunch included.
