Cauliflower, beer and Gruyere soup, rosemary and sea salt focaccia
Hake and prawn fish cake, bisque, horseradish

Raw and cooked kohlrabi, cured egg yolk, orange

Salt baked root vegetables from the garden, whipped feta, kale and harissa
