The Menu
Cauliflower, beer and Gruyere soup, rosemary and sea salt focaccia
Hake and prawn fish cake, bisque, horseradish

Raw and cooked kohlrabi, cured egg yolk, orange
Grilled Jerusalem artichoke, olive and red onion salad
Salt baked root vegetables from the garden, whipped feta, kale and harissa

Local venison loin, duck fat potatoes, celeriac, shallot and juniper
