The Secret Kitchen is our regular evening dining event where our chefs show off their skill and knowledge with a tasting menu full of delicious, seasonal flavours.

The menu

• Anchovy, lemon, butter, sourdough

• Red pepper, butter, goats cheese, sourdough

•Sweetcorn soup, focaccia

• Prosciutto, peach, romaine, mozzarella basil
or
• Peach, romaine, mozzarella, praline, basil

• Seabass, butter bean puree, lime and chilli butter, hispi cabbage
or
• Crispy courgettes, lemon, Parmesan, pomodoro sauce, hazelnuts

• Lemon tart, crème fraiche, blackberries

£75 per person

This includes a 12.5% service charge which will be passed on directly to the staff.
