Our food menu is served each day until 3pm.
There are lots of options for vegetarians and vegans and we are happy to adjust dishes to accommodate food allergies or intolerances.
Babylon breakfast
Egg, sausage, bacon, black pudding, roasted vine tomatoes, mushroom and toast.
Vegetarian breakfast
Egg, bubble & squeak, roasted vine tomatoes, mushroom, spinach, Babylon pea & broadbean guacamole and toast.
Babylon omelette
Bacon, mushrooms, spinach, Sussex Charmer cheddar. Served with a side salad of leaves, cucumber, tomato and red onion.
Smoked salmon & scrambled eggs
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on sourdough, with cucumber salad.
Pea & broadbean guacamole on
