Jerusalem artichoke velouté, truffle and hazelnut
Gin and beetroot cured salmon, wasabi, cucumber and dill, sourdough

Gnocchi, butternut squash, sage burnt butter, crispy kale
Roasted, raw and pickled chicory, apple, Roquefort, walnuts
Hadlow Down venison loin, confit haunch croquette, parsnip and honey, jus
Spiced cauliflower, sprout tops, chilli butter, crispy shallots, parsley
Rich chocolate torte, crème fraiche, sloe gin
The cost will be £65 per person.
Wine and beer is available for an additional charge.
A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your meal.
