26th June: Ecological gardening for wellbeing

Come and listen to an engaging and inspiring talk by Rachael Collins, our RHS trained head of horticulture.

Rachael will be talking about how sustainable and ecological gardening practices start with healthy soil, essential to cultivating a balanced diverse ecosystem and how mindful observation of our gardens can help to manage that balance as well as improve our wellbeing.

This talk is part of ‘The Sustainable Land Project’ which is a free event featuring a programme of passionate speakers discussing their experience of working harmoniously with the land and the benefits that they achieve as a result.

LOCATION
Held at Babylon Eco Centre, a welcoming destination for food, horticulture and events located on the edge of the Ashdown Forest.

TIMINGS
Arrive at Babylon Eco Centre from 4.30pm. We aim to start each talk at 5.00pm.

COST
This is a free event. Tickets are limited to 50 per event.
