The Secret Kitchen is our regular dining event where our chefs show off their skill and knowledge with a tasting menu full of delicious, seasonal flavours.

Gougères, mushroom parfait, Gruyère
Salt-baked Celeriac soup, hazelnuts
Wild sea bass ceviche, lime, chilli, coriander, red onion

Aubergine parmigiana, roasted aubergine, Parmesan, tomato, mozzarella, herbs
Local venison loin, Jerusalem artichoke puree, Pommes Anna, jus

Romanesco steak, cauliflower puree, green tahini, dukkah, dates
Vanilla panna cotta, forced rhubarb, streusel

Arrival from 7pm, dinner served at 7.30pm
£65 per person
A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill on the night.
