ALEX
Tasting room manager at Hidden Spring vineyard
Alex studied viticulture and oenology at Plumpton Collage and has worked at Oxney Organic estate and Bluebell Vineyard Estates before settling at Hidden Spring Vineyard in 2022. She is working towards getting her WSET level 3.
WILLIAM
Sales manager at Maws fine foods
William has been working in the Cheese trade for 40 years, and has been at Maws for over 6 years. He also judges at The World Cheese Awards and is a Master of Cheese!
