We’d love you to join us at our first ever Secret Kitchen. An evening dedicated to fine wine, great company and exceptional dining, all hosted here at Babylon Eco Centre.
The local and seasonal menu features a leek and potato velouté, followed by a white fish ceviche. Then you can expect local braised venison ossobuco style. For vegetarians there will be onion and spinach pakoras with kachumber salad, followed by buffalo cauliflower with blue cheese sauce. To finish, there will be a mocha mousse for pudding, infused with Mousehall vodka. Delicious!
The event will run on Friday 17th November, and is costed at £40 for food and an additional £30 for the paired wine experience.
