Calling all Sussex food producers and hot food and drinks vendors! We want you to join us at our first ever big food event at Babylon Eco Centre on 28th and 29th June 2025.
This will be a weekend event for all the family – including cooking demonstrations, tastings and a small number of street food and drinks vendors.
There will be three aspects to our event
- A food market , showcasing the best of Sussex produce. We are looking for small, local producers who want to sell locally made, exceptional quality food products – this could be homemade preserves , baked goods, handmade chocolates , fresh produce or any other locally produced food item.
- A small number of hot food and drinks vendors.
- A programme of talks, cooking demonstrations and tastings.
We had over 1,000 visitors to our Christmas market experience, and we are excited that our summer event will showcase our unique location and give you an amazing opportunity to sell your food to a hungry crowd!
For our first event this is what we are offering:
Food producers
For just £100 you get:
- A 6ft table for two days (or half a table for £65).
- Parking on site for one car.
- Promotion of your company across all our marketing materials.
- Shelter – Either outside under our stretch tent or in our large greenhouse, depending on the weather.
Hot drinks/food vendors
For just £150 you get:
- A pitch for both days.
- One 3m x 3m space with room for your vehicle.
- Access to power for cooking and equipment.
- Promotion of your company across
our event marketing.
